You must behaving healthy for 100 days. You start with 100 points. You lose 3 points for bad eating, 2 for not meditating or sleeping, 1 for not doing some sport. You manage eveything yourself, the app only reminds you to track your results.
1- Mentally set a reward and fail condition.
2- Each day tap on eating / meditation / sport if you were healthy.
3- (optional) set a daily reminder so you don't miss a day, because the app automatically fail any miss day.
A suggested way of doing the challenge:
* If you keep your score is still 0, you got your reward.
* If you score reach 0 you lose, then you must do your IRL fail condition.
* If you don't meditate (headspace is great ;)), you could consider sleeping like meditation (8 hours good sleep == you have been healthy to meditation)
